We thank you very much for your desire to associate with us. To commence business we need the following declaration on your letter head and request to strictly follow. If we found any of the terms is violated, we will take suitable action including stoppage of your payments and future business till investigations are complete.

We hereby declare the following:

• 1. City Global Freight Packers and Movers hereby commit ourselves, in addition to our commitments set out in the supply agreements with City Global Freight Packers and Movers, to comply with its principles and requirements.
• 2. We will comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning bribery, corruption, fraud and any other prohibited business practices as described in Code of conduct for City Global Freight Packers and Movers. We will not offer, promise or give any unnecessary advantage, favor or incentive to any of the employees of City Global Freight Packers and Movers for seeking any unjustified favor or advantage. This applies regardless of whether the undue advantage is offered directly or through an intermediary.
• 3. We will provide City Global Freight Packers and Movers franchise request with a written self-assessment as required by City Global Freight Packers and Movers within reasonable time after such request.
• 4. We agree that at its sole option, City Global Freight Packers and Movers or a third party appointed by City Global Freight Packers and Movers may carry out jointly with us an unannounced assessment/verification on the premises of our compliance.
• 5. We confirm that we use best efforts to forward the contents of the Code of Conduct to our suppliers and to convince them to meet the principles and requirements of this Code of Conduct.
• 6. We will not seek or approach City Global Freight Packers and Movers employees in their houses.
• 7. We will not offer to provide any gift to any employee on any occasion if same has to be given due to special occasions like marriage etc.
• 8. We agree that this declaration is subject to the substantive law in force in Europe.

Franchisee has to pay amount (nonrefundable) fees once he/she is selected for the franchise. A franchisee must have his own office of 400 Sq ft & godown space of approx. 400 sq ft to keep packing material & goods. The franchisee will have to do local promotion on his own but national level promotion will be done by City Global Freight Packers and Movers. The franchise has to pay the cost of the same one mobile and two sims will be provided by City Global Freight, which will be used exclusively for sales promotion. Franchisee has to either buy the packing material from City Global Freight Packers and Movers or use the material as per City Global Freight Packers and Movers standards & specifications
